The first type of pricing is our design only packages that include professional website design and installation to your hosting servers for a one time flat fee. These packages are for those that prefer a one time cost do not want us to maintain, update, or monitor their website on a regular basis. Updates will be reactive, meaning we would handle your website request as needed. You can request an online quote for this type of website design package.
The second type of pricing is our all inclusive pricing that provides you with a professional website plus unlimited support, maintenance, future upgrades and proactive support. Proactive support allows us to constantly monitor your site, create new content and make suggestions on a regular basis. Our all-inclusive websites also include website hosting, content updates and regular website back ups.
♦ Our All Inclusive Website Packages
Our all inclusive pricing is for those that want a dedicated team that will continually work to enhance their online presence for a small monthly fee. All inclusive packages are billed monthly (12 month agreement required). There are no upfront design fees as design is included in your plan. A small price to pay for the peace of mind that you'll always have a remarkable online presence and a support team that's working behind the scenes to continually update your website and increase your online presence.

Initial Pages - We'll create your initial pages for your review based on the package you have chosen. Your website is not limited to just these initial pages. Additional pages can be created using your monthly design time included in your plan. We limit these pages initially so that we can set achievable goals to complete and launch your new website.
eCommerce - We'll set up product pages for your items to be sold online. Each product will have an item description, 1-3 images, and the option to purchase the item online.
Monthly Design Time - Your plan includes monthly design time that can be used to change or add products, update events, news, photos, graphics, charts, etc. The time can also be use to edit content, text or to freshen up your homepage to attract repeat visitors. If you're not the type to suggest updates, our team could use the time to make recommendation to enhance your site, create ads for popular products and/or services or focus on search engine optimization for a particular service or geographical location. Allotted design time is monthly and does not carry over.
Additional Design Time - Perhaps you have a fairly large update to your site, like a fall sale and you have used up all of your design time on other projects. Your plan awards you discounted hourly rates to allow you to achieve these updates at a reduced cost.
Back Ups - Consistent website back ups give you a peace of mind that your website will remain intact and be protected from the unknown that could happen like server crashes from the hosting company and/or website attacks from hackers. Our team will back up your site at least twice a month depending on the plan chosen. We Will also back up your site immediately whenever there is a major addition or change to your website at no additional cost to you.
Site Maintenance - Regular maintenance covers all things on the back end, from simple things like removing outdated content to upgrades in software or scripts used to enhance and protect your website from outside vulnerabilities. This added benefit is at no additional expense to you and is included in your plan.
Search Engine Optimization - We will constantly work to improve your search engine rankings by enhancing your site to increase your sites search engine ranking. Our team will focus on search engine rankings during times that you do not request updates so that your investment has value.
Submit to Search Engines - Our team will submit your website to major search engines and monitor your websites inclusion into these search engines like Google, Yahoo, MSN and Bing.
