Complete Website Brief
In order for us to truly understand your goals we need to gather some important information before you purchase website design from us. Website design is a serious matter, and we want to work with those that take it a serious as we do. The first step in our design process is our website design brief. This step allows us to gain valuable knowledge that helps us understand you, your business, and your project goals
Get Quote or Select Package
Once we have received your website design brief, we will either recommend one of our website packages to you or provide a custom website design quote. If we find that we are not a good fit, we will provide a detailed explanation in hopes that we can find a way to work together. Once you have agreed to your quote or selected a package, we'll provide a written contract, set a design schedule and accept your payment.
Receive and View Design(s)
After we have completed your website design(s), we'll deliver proofs within the selected turnaround time that you chose when you placed your order. Your designs will be delivered via email or setup on a test web server. You can also visit our Business Essentials Store to review your design proofs. View and comment on your design, then you can either approve or make necessary revisions.
Make Revisions to Your Design(s)
Make changes to your website design(s). If you have any changes, edits or corrections to your design concepts, we will make these necessary changes in 1-3 business days and resend them to you for your approval. Approve Your Design(s)
Once all revisions have been made and you are absolutely satisfied with your website design(s), and final payments have been made, we will then make your site live for all to see. If you purchased additional products to complete your branding efforts, we will then send your project(s) into production. Printed products will be shipped to you or be made available for pick up in our design store.
